  *  08:00am-11:00pm (Sunday through Thursday)

Typical Call Center System
The Call Center Systems can be used to automate a wide range of services and requests for information. The Call Center system allow callers to call into the bank using a touch-tone telephone, and then to interact with the system in real time. Below is a list of the Call Center applications:
1. Credit Cards Services, such as;
     1.1. Card Information  
     1.2. Last Five Transactions  
     1.3. Receive Last Statement by Fax
2. Accounts Details, such as;  
     2.1. Account Balance.  
     2.2. Last Five Transactions  
     2.3. Balances of all Accounts  
     2.4. Other Account Details
3. Time Deposit Information, such as;  
     3.1. Interest rates  
     3.2. Periods  
     3.3. Types
4. Exchange Rates Information for Arabic and Foreign Currencies
5. Banking Products Information, such as;  
     5.1. Saving  
     5.2. Credit  
     5.3. Cards  
     5.4. ATMs Locations  
     5.5. Branches Network  
     5.6. New Promotions

The Call Center Application Features

If You Want to ... Then ...
Terminate the call Press "9" to terminate the call, System will play the following message "Thank you for calling National Bank Of Abu Dhabi"
Transfer the call to a live agent Press"0" the call will be transferred to a live agent and system will play the following message "To insure Service Quality all Calls are Monitored" -- "Please hold while your call is transferred to one of our customer services representatives "
Return back to the previous menu Press "*" the system will return back to the previous menu
Repeat the current menu Press "7" the system will repeat the current menu
Credit Card Service Press "1" System will play the following message "Please enter your 16 digit credit card number"
  • The system will validate the entered card number
  • System will play the following message "Please enter your Pin" 
  • The system will validate the entered Pin Number
  • System will play the following messages:
    o "Press 1 for credit card information"
    o "Your available credit limit?"
    o "Your card is over due with?"
    o "Your outstanding amount for this card is?"
  • "Press 2 for last five transactions on your card"
  • "Press 3 to receive a statement through fax"
    o Then Call will be transferred to a live agent
    o The agent will retrieve the customer statement and send it by fax
  • "Press 4 to change Pin"
    o "Enter your new pin number"
    o "Please re-enter your new pin number"
Account Details Press "2" System will play the following message "Please enter your Account number"
  • The system will validate the entered Account number
  • System will play the following message "Please enter your Pin"
  • The system will validate the entered Pin Number
  • System will play the following messages:
    o "Your Balance is "
    o "Press 1 for last five transactions on your card"
    o "Press 2 for information on all your account balances"
    o "Press 3 to inquire about other accounts"
    o "Press 4 to change Pin"
Time Deposit Information Press "3" System will play the following messages:-
  • "Press 1 for information about deposits in Egyptian pound" 
  • "Press 2 for information about deposits in US Dollar" 
  • "Press 3 for information about deposits in EUR" 
  • "Press 4 for information about deposits in GB pound" 
  • "Press 5 for information about deposits in UAE Dirham"
Exchange Rates Press "4" System will play the following message :-
  • Press 1 for Arabic Currencies
    o "UAE Dirham" 
    o "Saudi Riyal" 
    o "Kuwait Dinner"
  • Press 2 for Foreign Currencies 
    o "US Dollar"
    o "EURO"
    o "Great British Pound"
    o "Swiss Francs"
    o "Japanese Yen"
Bank Information Press "5" System will play the following messages:-
  • "Press 1 for information about saving and deposits account" 
  • "Press 2 for information about loans" 
  • "Press 3 for information about cards services" 
  • "Press 4 for information about ATM Networks" 
  • "Press 5 for information about new promotions"
