it is at your physical bank. We have firewalled and encryption codes for all information

1- All data sent to and from NBAD - Egypt Online System are scrambled and
reassembled between NBAD and your personal computer to protect your personal and
financial information, 128-bit encryption, the highest level of encryption generally
available today |

2- Your password must be entered every time you sign in to NBAD - Egypt Online
System. Remember, always keep your password confidential and never store it on your
personal computer. Your access will be disabled after 5 wrong password attempts |

3- Automatic time out. When there is no activity for 10 minutes, your NBAD
- Egypt Online System session will be terminated to help protect against unauthorized
access |

4- Your user ID and password for your NBAD - Egypt Online System access are
strictly private and confidential. Do not share this access or disclose your user
ID and password to anyone. This constitutes a security violation and you may suffer
financial damage as a consequence |

5- For your own security we strongly recommend the password to be change
at last every 6 month or as and when you suspect some unauthorized person has come
to know of it. Your password has to be alphanumeric (i.e.contains at least one non-numeric
character and between 6-30 characters. Only (A-Z) , (a-z) and (0-9) will be allowed

6- Please disable your computer from offering to remember your user ID and
password. This will better safeguard your security. If you do not disable this function
, someone else who has access to your computer will be able to log in as you with
the user ID and password , which has been stored on your computer |

7- Protect the confidentiality of your NBAD - Egypt Online System user ID
and password |

8- Make sure no one can see the user ID or password you are entering when
you log on to NBAD - Egypt Online System |

9- Close the browser once you logged out from NBAD - Egypt Online System |

10- Do not write your NBAD - Egypt Online System user ID or password anywhere |
|
11- Do not leave your user ID and password such that someone sitting at your
computer could see them |
|
12- Never reveal your NBAD - Egypt Online System user ID and password to
anyone (including any representative of NBAD) |
|
13- Notify NBAD immediately if you notice any unusual account activity |
|
14- Keep all documents including your account information in a secure location |
|
